Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 July 2026
This policy explains what information Patchscout collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR.
1. Who we are
Patchscout is the data controller for the account and usage data you provide when you use the Service. You can reach us at hello@patchscout.co.uk.
2. What we collect
We collect:
- Account details: your name, email address and agency details.
- Mailbox connection: the tokens needed to send email from the provider you connect. We do not read your inbox beyond what’s required to send and match replies.
- Usage data: the searches you run, leads you save, and outreach you send, so the Service works and you can track results.
- Billing information, handled by our payment processor.
3. Business data we process
To produce audits and scorecards, Patchscout retrieves publicly available information about the businesses you search for, including website data and details listed on Google. This is processed to provide the Service to you.
4. How we use your data
We use your data to run and improve the Service, provide support, send you service-related messages, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the processors that help us run the Service, such as hosting, email delivery and payment providers, under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@patchscout.co.uk.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page with a revised date.
