Terms of Service
Last updated 17 July 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Patchscout (the “Service”), operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
Patchscout is a tool for legitimate business-to-business outreach. You agree to use it lawfully and in line with applicable regulations, including UK GDPR, PECR and anti-spam rules. You are responsible for the content of the emails you send and for honouring opt-out requests.
You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email to consumers, harass recipients, or misrepresent your identity.
3. Sending from your own mailbox
Emails are sent from the mailbox you connect. You remain the sender of record and are responsible for compliance with your email provider’s terms and any sending limits they impose.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Search allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect from the next billing period.
5. Data and third parties
The Service retrieves publicly available business information and website data to produce audits and scorecards. You are responsible for how you use that information in your outreach.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Patchscout is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll let you know of material changes, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
